38/40/45 mm Chloride-Free Fire-Resistant Door Core Board

Chloride-free fire door core board is a magnesium oxide perlite board used as the core of fire-resistant doors, in 38, 40, 42 and 45 mm. A complete MgO fire door also uses 6 or 9 mm MgO base board instead of MDF, MgO blocks and strips for the frame, and HPL-laminated MgO board as the decorative skin.

Fire-rated boards for fire door components

1. 6 mm and 9 mm MgO board as the base board, replacing MDF.
2. 38, 40, 42 and 45 mm MgO perlite board as the fire door core.
3. MgO blocks to fill the frame.
4. MgO strips as the fire door frame.
5. HPL-laminated MgO board as the decorative door skin.
